Weddings are a popular activity at Britannia Faire. We offer a host of amenities to make your special day memorable. In addition to wedding ceremonies, we specialize in rehearsal dinners and world class receptions. Below please find our various packages and options for your wedding. Weddings at Britannia Faire $999.00

We thank you for considering Britannia Faire for the most special of all days. Our entry-level wedding ceremony package includes a 3-hour rental time to be used for set up, the ceremony and tear down as well as pictures. It also includes the following:

A ceremonial arch to be set up at the event site. We recommend the Stone Circle, Revel de Arena or the viridian, but all 50 acres are open to you.
Seating for up to 100 guests in a combination of our basic white folding chairs for 48 and matching bench seating for 52 at the ceremony location of your choice of multiple layouts.
Two parking attendants for arrival and departure of the ceremony.
Wedding party gathering tent, which includes a folding table, two benches, 10 bottles of water, two mirrors and a garment rack.
An on-site manager contact will be available for the entirety of the event to answer any questions or concerns.

Additional Ceremony Add-ons:

If you have over 100 guests, a $12 fee will be applied to each additional guest.
White or burlap chair covers --- $3 per chair
Chair greenery --- $2.50 per chair
Chair cover with greenery --- $5 per chair
Bench covers --- $4 per bench
Wedding arch embellishments in the color of your choice --- $100+
Keepsake isle runner --- $65+
Isle tiki torches --- $55, which includes 10 lit torches with each additional torch being $3.
Additional gathering tent --- $100, which includes a table, two chairs, two mirror, 10 bottles of water and a garment rack.
Ohio-licensed bartender --- $200 per hour with a max of 4 service hours
Ceremony sound system --- $150, which includes a handheld mic on a stand with speaker and music plugin.
Day-of coordinator --- $150+ The coordinator assists in event setup, meeting vendors, maintaining day-of schedule, etc. Duties will be discussed with engaged couple.
Two additional on-site restrooms --- $1,650
Hanging decorations in tavern patio overhang --- $125+

Receptions at Britannia Faire $999.00

Let's continue the celebration with our basic reception package. It's everything you need to let your creativity take over. This package includes six total hours of rental time. This includes 1.5 hours of setup, 1.5 hours of clean up and 3 hours reception time. Any time exceeding that 3-hour limit will cost $100 per extra hour. The event MUST END by 11:59 p.m., clean up time may go to 1 a.m., but valet services will no longer be available. The following items are included in the basic package:

Tables and chairs/benches for up to 100 guests.
Seating will be both inside the tavern and on the covered patio.
Head table for wedding party with white linens
Cake cutting table
Prep catering access to our commercial grade kitchen
Two parking attendants
Access to tavern bar but alcohol is not included.

Additional Reception Add-ons:

Dinner dishes for up to 100 guests --- $4 per guest. This includes a dinner plate, dessert plate, water glass, dinner fork, spoon, knife and napkin per guest.
Dinner dishes for up to 100 guests --- $5.50 per guest. This includes all dishes mentioned above as well as a dessert fork, wine glass, rocks glass and salad bowl per guest.
White table linens for guest tables --- $5 per tables
White or burlap chair covers --- $3 per chair
Chair greenery --- $2.50 per chair
Chair cover with greenery --- $5 per chair
Bench covers --- $4 per bench

If chair accessories were already purchased for the ceremony, you will only be charged a flat fee of $50 to continue using the accessories for the reception.

Hanging decorations in tavern roof patio frame --- $125+. This fee will only apply if not already purchased as part of the ceremony package.
Dance floor rental --- $350
Table floral arrangements and accessories supplied by venue --- $100+
Ohio-licensed bar tender --- $100 per hour with a max of 4 service hours
Day of coordinator --- $150+ to assist in event setup, meeting vendors, maintaining day of schedule etc. Duties will be discussed with engaged couple.
