Britannia Faire is a great place to host your festival or group gathering. Our on-site tavern is available to rent. This is a great place for birthdays, family reunions, corporate team building and any other activity where you need wide open natural space. Our property is also a great place to host your live-action role playing, activities. Regardless of what your needs are, Britannia Faire is an excellent place for you to host your upcoming event.

Tavern Rental

Renting our tavern is great for birthdays, family reunions, corporate team building or any cause for celebration with packages starting at only $500.

Package Includes:

Tables and Chairs/Benches for up to 50 guest. Seating will be both inside the Tavern and on our covered patio
Prep catering access to our fully commercial Kitchen
Access to Tavern Bar
Access to property grounds for games, music and gathering
Access to on-site creek for fun in the sun
One on-site coordinator for the entirety of your event
Rental time of 5 hours with each additional hour past that at $75 per hour not exceeding more than 4 additional hours. The event must end by 11:59 p.m. on the day of your contracted event.

Basic Tavern Rental Package Add-ons:

Dinner Dishes for up to 50 guests --- $2 per guest. This includes a dinner plate, a dessert plate, water glass, dinner fork, spoon, knife and napkin per guest.
Dinner Dishes for up to 50 Guests --- $3 per guest. This includes all dishes above as well as a dessert fork, wine glass, rocks glass and salad bowl per guest.
White Table Linens for Guest Tables --- $5 per tables
White or Burlap Chair Covers --- $3 per chair
Chair Greenery --- $2.50 per chair
Chair cover with greenery --- $5 per chair
Bench Covers --- $4 per bench
Hanging decorations in tavern roof patio frame --- $125+
Dance floor rental --- $350
Table floral arrangements and accessories supplied by venue --- $100
Simple Sound System, which includes a handheld microphone on a stand with speaker and music plugin, --- $200
Bon Fire --- $150 for 4 hours and $225 for 8 hours

LARPing Events

Host your next LARPing/weekend campout event at Britannia Faire with packages starting at $400 plus $7.50 a person per night. Let your imagination run wild with fantasy LARPs, zombies, paintball and many more. We welcome you and your realm in hosting your next weekend adventure at Britannia Fantasy Faire. Our 50-acres of seclusion offer everything you need for your next adventure. This package includes the following:

Basic LARPing Package: $400 plus $7.50 a person per night:

Camping Space for up to 175 guests and parking. Friday arrival starting at 4 p.m. through Sunday teardown finished by noon. Fire rings provided at 15 campsites.
Thursday early access starting at 2 p.m. for vendors and setup. There is a max of 30 early arrivals.
Access to the ceremonial Stone Circle
Access to on-site creek with swimming hole
Access to the Arena de Revel a great venue for bardic competitions and tournaments
Access to Battle Field
Access to Tavern Patio
Two parking lot coordinators
On-site coordinator for entirety of event

PLEASE NOTE THAT NO FOOD SALES MAY TAKE PLACE DURING YOUR EVENT. Britannia Faire reserves the right to be the only privier of food. Even if, for role play reasons, you choose not to have the tavern open, no outside caterer may vend food.

Additional Package Add-ons:

Feast starting at $10 to $22 per person. Tables, seating, dishes and flatware provided.
Two additional on-site restrooms --- $1,650. This is recommended for 125 or more guests.
Large group bonfire --- $200 for 4 hours or $325 for 8 hours
Two check in/troll attendants --- $30 per hour
Small pavilion tent at location of your choice --- $100
Additional staff member to assist in event activities --- $15 per hour
